They remodeled two of our awful bathrooms and made them absolutely beautiful. They are super responsive, honest, their crew is awesome, and the work they did is perfect. We had a few changes in design during the process and they accommodated them without extra charges. We had a snafu with the floor tile I wanted, and they went above and beyond to track it down for me when the original vendor failed to deliver as promised because of supply chain issues. They could have easily blamed the vendor and moved on, but because they knew I loved this unique tile they made a herculean effort to find it from literally the only vendor in the country that had some in stock. I also feel like they got me the best deal they could on materials, including a great deal on carpet installation in two of our bedrooms. I comparison shopped with other contractors and O'Neal was very competitive. They are transparent with costs, and I never felt surprised by any charges. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. read less

We’ve used them twice already (once for an entire kitchen remodel and once for an entire basement repair). Our projects typically have a little bit of everything (flooring, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry and drywall) and they can do it all. There was no detail or request that they couldn’t handle. The projects include a total master bath renovation, a family room built-in bar, new vanities and fixtures in our guest baths, installation of numerous light fixtures, and installation of a new gas fireplace. Matt has also tackled a number of repair and maintenance issues as they have come up since our move – without hesitation or delay. This is our third renovation over the years in 3 different houses and Matt is by far the best contractor we’ve used. He is reliable, professional, meticulous, honest and hard working. He tells you when to expect him or a member of his team, and if anyone is running late, he sends a message or calls. He gets the job done within budget and on time.
